KELLY
DUPLEX CORN CUTTERS AND GRADERS
(for shelled corn, wheat and oat groats) feature a convenient inlet
hopper, corn cutter head, and wooden grading shoe with either two T304SS
screens for three products, or three T304SS screens for four products.
Optional aspiration system cleans and polishes the segmented grain
and includes a 30 diameter cyclone dust collector complete with
adjustable weather hood, 10 of 6 conductor pipe, a 6 90 degree
elbow and a special section for the end of the cyclone discharge.
This special section has a cut-off to prevent updraft through the
cyclone and is equipped with a bag
holder. Motor drive prices
include a 3 phase, 60 cycle, TEFC, 230/460 volt motor, complete with
V-Belt drive shields. All
models include a 5-piece dust enclosure system partially covering the top,
two sides and the front of the frame. Standard HAZARD CONTROL EQUIPMENT
includes 2 x 2 protective grates welded into cutter head inlet and
discharge openings, a Protective Interlocking Limit Switch (PLS) installed
to interlock with cutter head cover, V-Belt drive shields, a Padlockable
Protective Interlocking Electrical Control Circuit Switch (PCS) mounted on
machine, and an Operators Manual Case (OMC) mounted on machine.
